The Muzzy pipe is awesome! In my mind it's the best looking pipe you can get....Polished to a mirror finish it looks really great! The power is really good after I rejetted the bike I went up to a 155 main jet and it's like riding a different bike! Yesterday I ordered the Yoshimura Comp. Full exhaust. I'm selling my Muzzy pipe if your interested let me know. The pipe looks like brand new and is about 3 months old.

I have the muzzy full exhaust and I would rank it as one of the best. The HMF full exhaust is right up there with it as well. I would recommend doing a full exhaust if you plan to do any further mods down the road such as cams, port work, and/or big bore. The stock Z400 head pipe is pretty pathetic. It is loud though without the spark arrestor or noise baffle in there. I think it's in the 105+db range.

My plastic is getting loose as time goes on but I've pulled it apart many times doing work so I kind of expected it. Can't really say it's anything out of the norm.

2 things you can do dood. 1st weld the seams from the inside with a plastic welder. dont know how to do that, just simply tape them from the insides with duct tape, works pretty good. for cleaning white fenders use 60% water to 30% soap 10% bleach, use sponge with scotch brite for tough to clean areas
