z400 speed limiter

say i put a pipe and other mods on a z400...would the top speed increase or would it stay the same due to limiters etc?

All depends on the pipe , some rob top end and others rob low end.

im not possitive but im pretty sure that the pipe and air filter wont change ur top end thats all in ur cams sprockets or any other kind of gears and rev limiter
