you might have an exaust leak at the head that will make a ping noise

Adjusting the valves don't help, had mine done 4 times now,3800 miles.

SUZUKI motors are just noiesy, junk.

If it was junk it would not have logged 3800 miles. Why are you guys so worried about valve train noise? It's an aircooled motor and it is going to be louder that a water pumper. If you want to hear some real noise come listen to my VW sandrail. That's noise!
