LT 80 in the lake

one of the visiting rug rats put my kids LT 80 in the lake. it will start but won't go. is there a drain on the tranny case?and what do i have to do to get it going again?

WOW! Yes there is a drain to the clutch cover. It is on the lower right side of the clutch cover.
More info is needed here. What do you mean it wont go? Do you pick the back up and it wont spin the tires?
I guess that I'd start with new fuel and a carb cleaning.The clutch's "shouldnt" have a problem,but I'd service them anyways.
