i have a 03 vinson 500 4x4 and i was thinking about putting a high lifter, lift kit on it! anyone got any imput on this? has anyone had problems with a lift kit on a vinson? is a high lifter kit about the best kit to purchase? any pro's or cons to the reliability of the kit? im kinda new to the atv hobbie so any imput would be great help. thanks

 

I would get 26-28 tires first, if you dont already have, theyll increase your ground clearance more than a lift kit would. Lift kits make a quad a little more "tippy" because they add no ground clearance just a body lift which is pointless. Lift kits are only designed to fit bigger tires and the Vinson can easily fit 28's.
Wheel Spacers are good investments though because you have more stability on hillsides.
