i ride a mojave and kick the ish out of my buddies z all the time, i am wondering if maybe its just him and me, we both are new but we both go crazy and full throttle the whole time, so i dont really think its muych about the experience, i think my mojave just owns, i want to hear your guys opinion on the two vs eachother.

 

thats definately right, but the z owners refuse to admit it.

 

I will admit the z isn't as fast as yours, but read atv rider's aug issue and you can see which is the better quad and why!!!!!!!!!

 

as for whoever said mine is faster because of my mods, the only performance mod affecting speed is my exhaust, and his z has a fmf powerbomb pipe on it, so its not that matters. and i dont have any atv magazines, so why is the z better?? just because its new??

No, it's not a better atv since they are not really in the same class. Even though the Mojave is very dated, it will still out peform the new Z-250 in almost every way. Plus you can modify a Mojave. You are stuck with the factory gearing on a z-250. I still haven't a clue on why you would put a power sapping driveshaft on a supposed sport bike.

 

i dont think suzuki had a sport bike in mind when they made the z250. i think they were thinking more like trail bike or beginer bike.as for beating a z250 with a mojave, thats not something i would be bragging about. anyone in the sport of atv's knows a mojave will out run a 250ex or z250. so congrats on the win.....lmao
