ok, heres the scoop the piston is the same ive been told by my buddy that races, the only dif is the 88 and up ones have the half circle which is a better design, and with the prolite u dont need to use the stock trusht washers for all u 87 guys!!!!!!!!!!!! the wristpin bearing is wider for the prolite that is why u dont need the thrust washers.
