Well I got the motor completley riped down tonight. What a mess! The crank bearings are bad,The head is pepered from some bearing materail.Has a new rod on it but who ever pressed the new rod on it didnt press it enough and there is like .65in of play side to side. The cylinder has a huge dent in one of the transfer ports. And there was enough yamaha bond in it to seal up a old harley motor. How do I post pics of my bike?

Well I am going to get the motor running first. The cylinder was un touched as far as porting so I am going to port it.Gonna put a cool head on it cuz the old one is trashed.38mm airstriker and a fmf fatty pipe..I want to get some long travel fron arms with about a 3 inch extension outward. Some new shocks, reinforced rims, newer round style swing arm about 1 or 2 inches over stock.New front bumper(cuz its missing) and a 6 pack rack. Its gonna take me a while cuz I got to get my wife a bike to so a little at a time.

Nice pics Kruz.
Hey busted, what kind of bumper are you going to get? I bought a DG from GoldenWestCycle and it took about 4 or 5 months to get it. The nerf and grab bars came within a week but the bumper took forever. Make sure you check to see if they are in stock before you order.
I have been thinking about polishing my stock bumber and putting it back on. I dented up the DG first time out with it on. Hitting the whoops kinda hard mashed it up against the nose of the plastic and frame. I pounded back out pretty easy though and looks fine.

Man, I finally took my stock airbox off today. What a pain in the neck. I thought it would be a 5 minute job. I had to take the plastic off, the pipe, the chain roller and still had to pry it out.
Oh well, now I can get a filter to clamp right on the back of the carb. I think I will go with a uni foam filter. Do they flow as well as the K&N's? It looks like the diameter of the carb is about 2 and 1/8th inches to me.
