Welcome back was400, I was wandering the same thing about the plastic. I think it would look good. I also was wandering about putting the lt250r engine in the Z400 frame. I started a different thread on that one.

I was looking into that computer as well. It's a bicycle computer which requires a magnet attached to the wheel and a sensor (which may or may not have a wire to the computer) that counts each time the magnet passes it. I decided to go with a GPS instead because it's only a little more money, fits perfectly in between the rails of the headlight guard, has no wires or magnets to deal with, and it can help you get back to the truck. Just something to consider.

I finally installed the lights I got for my LT. Tell me what you think of them. I have not seen the lasers in action so I do not know how mine would compare to them. I just took a little test ride around the yard and they seemed fine. I only burn one at a time for now. Havent checked to see what a 100 watt draw would be like. I have one hooked up to high and the other up to low on the light switch. Of course they burn the same brightness since they are receiving the same voltage. I have one pointed slightly higher than the other, you can probably tell from the picture on my page.
