Lt pilot needle?

Default Lt pilot needle?

When adjusting. Going from a 3 to a 2, is that going lean or rich? Also, is that the bottom end adjustment?

Default Lt pilot needle?

The top clip is #1 which is the leanest. Bottom #5 is richest. So, going 3 to 2 is going leaner.
