Hiya, has anyone replaced the front shocks on their quadsport with a different shock?? I am wondering what will work so I can replace mine cheaply... Looking at 3ooex shocks right now, they are about one inch longer than mine are on the bike....any info will help.....thanks in advance...

 

I've heard that it is common to us ehte early model Quadracer shjocks on a 230. They are slightly longer and will raise the front end slightly, tho.

 

Thanks for bringing this back up... Qracer shocks are around 16 inches... Would they just be more "loaded" for lack of a better term??? I would really rather get something with less age and wear, and maybe gas charged... 300x shocks are selling for about $125 a pair on e-bay and they are only about an inch longer than mine measure on the bike....
