93 refers to the octane rating, or the ability to resist preignition (pinging)
the higher the number the better it resists. what this means is the fuel will not ignite as well. that is why a diesel engine has high compression. it can use a really high octane rated fuel.
so, i agree with the other guy (don't remember who). don't use the high octane unless you need it. you will have more power.
also it is a commom misconception that higher octane will give you more power. the ONLY way you will get more power is if the engine is pinging on low octane gas. when it pings the gas is igniting to early, there fore trying to force the piston down early, which causes power loss.
