filter oiling help!?

Default filter oiling help!?
after i oil my filter do i have to wait till it dries or could I just put it in right after i oil it. Thanks

aslong as it isnt dripping it should be fine... more oil isnt gonna hurt the engine anyway... just wont breath like it should if its too wet.
