I have a problem. My freind and i love to race each other in every thing, cars, trucks, boats, and espesily quads. I beat his Rincon 650 on my vinson and every time he comes back with why dont you race my banshee. The problem is i need a sport qaud that will beet him before i race him. I used to own a lt250r and now that would not beat him. My question is, would a pretty much stock zilla beat a bolt-on only shee. And im not talking straight line only im talking fire roads and other trails. I would love to get a z400 but dont have the money. I also loved my old LT. any advice would be great

 

It's very hard to find a 'stock' LT anymore... And I'd venture to say depending on the 'bolt on's' that he's got, you might not beat him on a stock LT... Many variables involved here.

The old addage applies here: how fast do you want to go is directly proportional to cubic $$$ invested.

You'd really be disappointed if you spent the $$ on a z400.
