Hey 2004 ds650 you are right my dealer told me the same thing the other day. He said they didnt want the twin peaks that it was a kawaski lol. ANd I agree. BUt as far as the king guad 700 he said the exact same thing about the engine and that it would have IRS. I wonder will it be an auto tranny and if so what kind or will it be manual, or both like the hondas???

I just found this little blurb on the net regarding the 05 King Quad...
" At their recent dealer show, Suzuki unveiled plans to reintroduce the King Quad as their next flagship 4x4. Suzuki will design and manufacture the 2005 King Quad with plans for it to hit dealer showrooms sometime in '04. Photos and specs aren't available yet, but we can tell you this.
Expect a 700cc Single with Dual Overhead Cams
Locking Front Differential
Fully-Independent Rear Suspension "

I watched ATV Mag TV last week when they talked to a Suzuki Rep. He said that the new "King Quad" will have an electronically actuated locking front diff., EFI, IRS, 700 cc single DOHC motor.
Can't wait to see pics of this beast. If Kawi can have a V-Twin machine weigh just over 6 bills, I wonder what Suzuki can do with a single.
