Never tried it myself sounds like a lot of fun! Some of these strip mines around have large water holes on their haul roads that arent very deep. May have to try it. The Wolverine is probably to heavy may have to try it on my pals DS 650.

I used to skip on my dirt bike, but it is alot lighter than a quad. I would just test it out on a small shallow patch of water and work up from that as you improve your skills.

I've done it befor as well. Its fun but if ya mess up you bite it big time!!! I got squirly in the middle of a short pond once and left a start fish imprint on my seat. lol. Just put you *** right in the middle of the seat, as far back as it can go, pin it, dont let off, and ont forget to breath!!! Have fun

Default WATER SKIPPING

Ive skipped a lot on my Tri Z, but Im sure its a lot easier on 3 wheels then on 4. Ive only done it at the dunes where there is a big ole puddle somewhere flat where I can get a good run at it.

Like its been said.. first time take a lot of guts.. but once you do it, you will keep doing it. Its a blast!!

1. Don't Lean left or right
Hehe, Last time I skipped a small pond in a tight trail, that's what I did. I hitted a small at full throttle in 5th on my 300ex (Luckily, it's not to fast). The back end slided and I got right into a small tree at wide open throttle . Luckly the tree was really small. The quad slided on me, I fell of the quad and It was done. Only 3 more feets ahead and It was a really big tree I was going to hit. Would have probably died. The quad had nothing. Me neither
