when the power comes on in 2nd gear the bike will pick up the front wheels and then shift in to first or neutral. is this a problem with second gear synicrow or is ther some thing else that could make it do that.

all no its own it was making me mad it is a worn gear bent shift rod

 

Don't think it would be a bad gear, but the shifter assembly could be worn (Spring detent, etc.)
None-the-less... you're looking at a teardown to fix it... good luck!
