Hi, I am picking up a used 03 Z 400 and i was wondering if any one could help me with a few things
1.how to adjust the chain? how much slack?
2.What kind of oil? how often should I change it?How often should I change the filter?
3.What kind of spark plug? what gap? and how often should I change it?
4.When should I check the vavles? what are some signs? canI do it my self? if so how?
5.I want to make sure the suspension is set to stock( I will set it up after I put it back to stock) what are the stock settings? thanks a lot

Most of this is in the owners manual. Ask the seller for it. If he doesn't have it, I would be very suspicious that the bike has not been well maintained!!!!

 

The ATV is a tradeing at a dealer, I they are going to check to see if they have it, it is not a suzuki dealer.
