Chain adjuster not alighned correctly from factory, should it be?

Default Chain adjuster not alighned correctly from factory, should it be?

I noticed that my quad and ones at the dealer don't have teh chain adjuster mark on the swingarm are not lined up evenly? is there a way to check this to make sure it is tracking right? thanks
