Suzuki LT 80
#1
I just bought an LT 80 used. It almost runs, it will idle with the choke on, but not with it off. And when I run it with the choke on it bogs down and dies whenever I give it gas. I have tried cleaning the gas tank, carb, air filter. Replaced the spark plug, fuel valve, needle and seat in the carb. The odd thing is that when I tried running it with the fuel line off, it ran great until the carb ran out of fuel. Anyone have any suggestions. I appreciate it, Leah

If it won't run unless the choke is closed, it's obviously getting more air than gas. Have you checked the boots on the carb to see if they're fully on & tightened & are there any weather cracks in them? It sounds like it's sucking air someplace.. the part about the fuel line is weird, no clue on that.
