Default Noisy valves in Eiger

Hello everyone, Just hit 100 miles on my Eiger, so I adjusted the valves for the first service on it along with changing the oil and filter. Now their noisy. I tried doing it a second time in case i screwed up the first time, Still the same. I'm thinking of tightning them up a bit to quiet them but then they would'nt be to spec. Anyone see this before?

Thanks, John

hmm, i would put them back to stock. i would'nt have screwed with them if they werent giving you problems. i got 1700mi on my vinson and have yet to touch the valves. hey man if it ain't broke leave it alone, or if it is, use some sort of persuasion device... i.e. hammer, large socket wrench.

Try a higher octane gas.
It worked for me.
