Default Vinson shifting

A guy i go riding with has a new vinson, and it shifts really hard..... it won't down shift easily... anyone else experience any similar probs?

Default Vinson shifting

If it's new and hard to shift take back to dealer, if its still under warranty. Mine was never hard to shift even when new.

Default Vinson shifting

it's decently new, last years model i believe..... he did take it to the dealer and they said "it's supposed to be like that" but no one else in our group thinks it should be. i don't know...... help?

Default Vinson shifting

iv never had a problem with mine all it takes is a tap with my toe. If its still under warenty i would bring it to another dealer because the first one may be trying to get out of covering it.
