Question about those "QUADZILLAS"

As Gotmuddy already said the head studs are different, 6 vs 7. Reed cages are smaller on the 88 thru 90, leaving more material in that area of the cylinder, 87's were known for cracking. Gear ratios in the tranny and rear sprocket are different. Carb jetting & calibration are different. Front A arm's are round vs the square tubing of the 87. Rear suspension (shock) is different. Suzuki improved the Zilla every year of production with the biggest & best changes on the 88 model vs the 87's.
