hi guys, i have wanted a quad my whole life. and now since were moving back to new england im finially getting one. Im 14 140 pounds and about 5 8 . i have riddin a 300ex alot and am pretty good at riding it. i am either going to get a z250 or a z400. the thing is will the z250 not have enough power? and i should i get a bigger quad to grow into and take it slow. once i get one i probally wont be gettina nother for quite a while[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] Also whats a bummer is that im moving too ct. and there is now leagal public riding but my uncle ride dirt bikes so i can ride with him.

I have the 250 and love it., but I would love the 400 so much better. more power!!!!!!more fun!!!! but the 250 is a great trail quad for what I use it for . untill my sons moves into it and I get the new suzuki when it comes out

I made the mistake of getting the Z250. It is an awesome quad, but I'm already starting to get a little bored with it. So if ya have the money get the Z400, and since you've ridden a 300EX you shouldn't have a problem with the clutch.

 

Definately get the Z400. It will run circles around the Z250 in reverse . I love mine. It is a great all around quad. I think if you got the 250 you might think it had enough power for like 5 minutes, and then you would be board. Get the Z400.

 

you will out grow the 250 in 2 weeks go for the 400 won't be disappointed

 

yea i like yhe idea of the 400 but i dont now how good i can handle it because of my size

 

You will have NO problem handling it! I am only like 5'4" and like 120 lbs and I have no problem with my bro's KFX!

 

i got bored of my 300ex really fast(i'm only 5'0" 100lb age 14)so i sold it and got a 400ex!!!i love my 400ex!!!!!!!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
