HOW TO POST A VIDEO????
you'll need to have the video clip on a web page somewhere already.
The use the http button when you are creating a message and add a link to the video (like you would for another web page). When someone clicks on it, it'll download to their PC so they can play it.
here's an example ->>> Click here to see a video.
I like to use the Windows MediaPlayer Video format because it'll start to play as it downloads without haveing to be on a streaming server.
