do the older king quads have preloads on all the shocks?and what's the clearance under the lowest point on the bottom?

P.S. i wish i could find an older used one to buy but,i would have to sell my 99' Beartracker 250 and i wouldn't have that much money to go after something like that probably like around 2800$ or so.but,i dont think anyone would let me right now. sometime i will try to find a King Quad or a Suzuki 250 4wd hopefully.
