They should be some model markings for Suzuki King Quad or Quad runner the earlier models. These model are on the Clymers Suzuki King Quad, Quad Runner 250, 1987-1998 -manual have a look here-> http://www.primediabooks.com/Product....asp?PRDID=432
Could someone tell me what is the difference on these models: LT-4WD, LT-4WDX?
Thanks
Sammy

The LT4WD is a 250
The LT4WDX is a 300 KingQuad
The KingQuad engine is a bored 250 engine and nothing more. It's actually still closer to the 250 in size than a 300
The KingQuad also has a differential lock feature on the front that the 250 doesn't have.
Other than that, the tire sizes are 1" taller all the way around on the KingQuad, but the differences stop there.

I know this is an old post, but in case someone is searching to learn about an LT4WD (like I was) the real difference between the 300 and the 250 4wds is:
300 4wd = 68.5 bore x 76 stroke = 280cc
250 4wd =66 bore x 72 stroke = 246cc
The 300 has a longer stroke, so that means bigger crank, rod, etc... No wonder the 300 weighs 50lbs more and is only 34cc bigger.
A .040 over bore job on the 250 would make it a 254cc, still 26cc less that the 300, but not enough (IMO) to offset the 50 extra lbs.
The 300 should have tons of lowend grunt though... a 76mm stroke is a monster! But 72 aint bad either.
For reference:
250 quadsport = 68.5 bore x 67 stroke = 246cc
230 quadsport = 66 bore x 67 stroke = 229cc
300 4wd = 68.5 bore x 76 stroke = 280cc
