Anyone have an idea where I can get stock footpegs for an 85 230 quadsport frame? I'am rebuilding a 230 using lots of parts and can't find them for sale anywhere. Help???

couldn't find them on their page. Any more ideas. I only need one but will buy a pair to have an extra. All I can find in mags are the billit alum ones, but I won't pay $160.00 for footpegs!!!!! Thanks for your help though

You might try looking for salvage and used part deals on the net. Go to the search menu on your browser and try typing in things like "atv salvage" or"atv parts" keep trying different word combo's until you get a few listings. Once you do either get their number and call them or e-mail them. there are alot of theses guys out there and a few calls will probably get you on the right track for them. You might also try having a good welding and fabricating company making you a set, my friend had so made for his CR and they looked great. Hope this helps--see ya in the woods

 

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. I would hate to have to pay 85.00 for one from the dealer here. I'am in a small s.e. georgia town and the dealer tries to rip everyone off
