Hey, It happens like once in a day of riding and i'm not sure what it is, all of a sudden it will just slip out of gear and in to Neutral.....what does this mean? Oh yea and when i'm going from neutral to a gear it's not a real smooth transition, it's not real bad but u know it went in to gear with a CLINK! and the chain kinda grabs for a sec. Any help or thoughts are always great THX!

 

i had a worse problem with the zilla it would ocasionaly jump to neutral usualy from second or going from second to third but most alarming was if i geared down it nearly always found neutral,

the engine was split for a rebuid, fixes and tuning and the whole gearbox was showing signs of excessive ware some parts more than others,

all i can say is with the zilla im learning that you need to keep on top of things cos they have a habit of getting out of controll verry quickly,

my only advise would be to get it checked out properly,

dont be tempted to convince your self that its not that bad and you can live with it for a while

 

It sounds like you need to tear it appart, and check your shift forks. This will mean splitting the cases in order to do so.
