Default how to make pics for your bio less than 150kb??
how do u make your pics for your bion less than 150kb? do u do it with a program??

set you dig. camera to the lowest setting....might work. I have a 4 meg and had to crop my photos in Photoshop, and save them at the lowest quality

i finally got them to work, but i had to crop the @!*$ out of them. thanks

If your photo program supports it, you can adjust the jpg quality and/or resize the image to get the size down. Cropping works too but if you want all the original picture, you've got to resample for less pixels.
