I got the my first ATV last week (Z400-04). I drove couple hours only using low RPM's and when I start to try use more accelarate, nothing happend. Max rpm is something like 5000 - 5500. Is there some kind of rpm limiter for first using hour or what? We allready change jetting (160)due to cold wheather (-10 degrees), but no help, we checked air filters and spark no help. We tested also inside in room temperature, no help. idle running sounds good.
When I start the engine and after 2 min running and engine is enough heat to test it can take around 7000-8000rpm, but after while time it doesn't run RPMs enough. If somehave is some experience about this kind of problems, please help me!
This ATV is also first to our dealer so, they can't help me.
