Default lt250 powervalve adjustment

hey was just wondering where you guys are running the settiings on your powervalve. mine is turned about half way. this thing is fast enough as is but can i change the power curve if i move the dial. is it like the more you turn it up the more top end and the lower you turn it the more bottom end? has anybody really messed with this setting? i was told that if it runnes good where its at to leave it there.

Turn counterclockwise to stiffen the spring resistance against the valve opening. This should result in a lower rpm power range. Clockwise to loosen and have the powervalve open sooner. Mine is about straight up, in the middle. The most important thing is that the valve is moving, check the window to see if it does. They can gum up and not want to turn. I'd say just play with it to where it feels best.
