THe Honda has much more ***** than I anticipated.. I never had a chance to run against one head to head. Both of our machines were stock and broken in. As soon as we started the EX got out to a lead, its torque is greater than that of the Z250 it was ahead til 3rd when I slowly reeled in and I barely got ahead of him only to be dead even at the end. He had a TrailTech Speedometer and said we were going about 52mph. THis is coming from a die hard suzuki fan so theres no fudge even though I think the EX is a good little quad(not as good as a Z250 of course)... I dont care what anyone says its neck and neck the whole way. Mind I say I weigh 180 he weighs close maybe a little lighter.

every time i raced on i won with my Z u=i even switched and the Z was still faster. they are both great quads i love them both but i think the Z is a a little faster

It all can depend how you break-your machine in, how much time you take. It was a fair race and it was dead even except for the beginning, where the Honda was ahead.

 

i think there both great quads, but the z might be alittle faster but only b/c they wanted it to be faster than hondas 250ex. i have a 400ex and still have my old 250ex personally i like to screw around with the ex more than my cuzins z b/c it has more a LITTLE more torque. but to me there the same quad just made by 2 different companies
