does the zs grab bar bend easily? if u have bent yours does it straighten easily and look good after its been straightened?

 

most stock grab bars do bend very easily, i went with a standard bar from prb or it might be prm..

 

I have hit mine really hard and it has not bent. Like fidge1 said prm has grab bars for 03 and 04 models.

 

I was wheeling and flipped back and bent my grab bar pretty good, i also brok my taillight 2. We just bent min back and it looks fine. There are replacemets for thm but only the 04s not 03s or thats what they tol me. They wanted lke 50 bucks

 

03 z's have a none removable grab bar.
I have the kfx 400.. same as z
I haven't bent mine yet...but I will there is no doubt about
that. I assume when I do I'll have to change the whole rear
section..

 

all aftermarket rear grab bars bolt onto the existing subframe.

if you bend your subframe i suggest getting the AC DVX400 subframe, it has a removable grab bar. not sure what would fit in there or what not, but i would think 400EX or 250R stuff would make the most sense.

or you can get a welder and modify the subframe to accept other grab bars. it isn't very hard to do.
