while i was down there i seen serveral atv's and i was wondering if there's anywhere to ride down there or around there? there were people that worked down there riding Polaris 6x6's 1 Honda 300 4x4 and 1 bayou 220.Anyways i heard someone in the chatroom say that the high range on the king quad was extremly under-powered is this true i figured it must be adequate because i havn't heard anyone else say anything about it because you can always downshift to first or second!?i figured it was just a little underpowered.

Having ridden a couple of hundred miles in company of a King Quad, I can tell you--the King Quad performs right along with other 300cc utilities; plus, with its many power train combinations, the KQ is much more versatile than any.
Also, you're right; if a KQ or any machine hasn't torque available for conditions, shift down, or choose a lower range.
