Default Z-400 swingarm and axel

after bending my stock axel i bought a dura blue axel and installed it. after that my i noticed my chain kept getting loose, after a closer look i noticed my axel was twisting in the swingarm. the left adjuster bolt is getting pushed out of the swingarm. that means my rear sprocket is running at an angle. how can fix this P.O.S.

The poor design that Suzuki couldnt change after all those years. This is the same swingarm setup from the QUadracers. If the axle carrer bolts are not turned the same amount on each side you will have a problem. The chain will eventually be thrown off. I would take all the bolts out and start all over. If you are going to do that remove the carrier and be sure to grease up the carrier so it will slide easier. They should have changed this Poor design and make a honda carrier. They are the easiest to adjust.
