Lt250R is way better than the Honda TRX250R.Well thats what i think. Many people agree with me. What do you guys think?I LOVE LTS

 

It's obviously not true. If it was there would still be tons of Lt's still on the MX track, with aftermarket frames, brand new motors, ect. The Lt doesn't have the handling of the TRX. If it did, it would have the aftermarket advantage. Do a search, this has been beat to death, just like all of the VS. threads, and top speed threads. Nothing wrong with loving the LtR, I want one of my own. But there's no reason to have delusions of grandeur.

 

You are exactly right. But I guess SUzUkiRidErLT250R has his right to his opinion. Even though it's almost a proven fact.

 

Too bad this thread hasn't been done about a 100 times.
I live and die by Suzukis, but I also realize that Hondas have the greater potential and their frames have a great geometry. However, my brother has a 250r and I just like how my LT feels. Not too mention that mine was half the price of my brothers, and it really isn't that much slower. Remember, its more about the rider than the quad. I can run laps around my brother.

 

i think u hit it the bullseye! price! i picked up mine a 92 for 2K, and with a few grand spent, i'm going to have a mx quad with +3 fronts, roundhousing swingarm and aftermarket susp. and motor mods. a 250r with the things i have would cost at least another 3K. and i will be the only one there with a lt.

 

The trx would cost more than that if you put a PV cylinder on it, like the LT has stock.

 

is there any good lt-250r shops out there ? whats the best place to buy aftermarket parts for them....
