sorry to bring up blasters but is there anyway i would be able to beat or come close to beating a blaster with my z250 with mods or upgrades...???or anything?? thanks for your im-put

Edit: i dont have any mods its 100% stock except for the tubes in dunlop tires...lol

You are going to need every single thing available for a Z, a lot worse rider than you, some luck, and aprobably still a head start.
