ive got a question for all the zilla owners. does your quad have a vibration ,mine seems to vibrate more than others Ive rode but they have all been stock. checked the three gears and there all lined up. its been worked over to the nuts and im just wondering if thats causing a little more vibration than stock. any hints???

The 500s have more than most. The zilla I bought had been took apart and had race cut gears. The guy also had everything balanced. It runs very smooth now.

They do vibrate.....everytime I fire it up and let it idle mud falls off of the shaking fenders. My 3 dots weren't lined up when I first bought it and every time I shifted my hands and feet would go numb for an instant, but once I fixed that it wasn't so bad.

Have you ever checked the stator to see if there's any up/down, side-to-side play? Pray that there isn't, or you'll hafat have your cases split and new bushings put in for the crank bearings...

I bought some washers that have a rubber gromet on one side and put them between the frame and footpegs, and also between the handle bar clamps and stem. That made quite a difference....

I filled my handlebars with sound foam and that made a bigggggg diff. My feet dont stay on the pegs enough to go numb
