Default Need help with LT 160 cam adjustment

Wondering if anyone had information on how to set the cam on a 1991 version LT160. Tearing apart my son's bike and there are no manuals out there. There is an alignment mark on the cam and my guess is that it is supposed to be pointing directly down at TDC mark on the rotor. Can anyone confirm this?

Also, what is the procedure to adjust the tensioner? this is probably similar to many older small engines like this. Any help appreciated.
thanks

Yes I did. Dealer was kind enough to lend me the manual and it was not hard after that. Motor runs nice now.
They are a very hardy motor
