hey im going to put my cylinder on tonite i need to knowhow much to tighten my bolt's to.ive got the torque wrench all lined up just need to know what to set it at?i need help fast

cylinder head nuts (19-22ft-Ibs), cylinder base nuts 6mm (6-8ft-Ib),8mm( 16-20ft-Ibs)
