I just got Dyno jet for my atv and the directions are kinda of confusing. I cant find the needle. need help

by the way, how does your z perform with the pipe? does your pipe glow red? where did you get the jet kit from?

 

It performs better with the pipe, no it doesnt turn red. I order the Jet kit from rockymountainatv.com but i had to wait 8-10 business dayz just to get it in cause i wasnt in stock. mAn that needle looks like pain to get

 

The needle is very easy to get to. All you have to do is unhook the intake boots and turn it side ways. The main jet and pilot jet are a different story though. Are you going to remove the air box lid?

 

ok i looked on that website and found out where to find the needle. yea i am going to get rid of the lid. can i twist everything to the right or left to put the needle in.

 

Twist it towards the side with the shifter, but be careful with the throttle cable. Arent' you changing that main jet also? If you changing the main jet also you might want to just take the whole think out. Not sure, you might be able to get to also with out removing lines etc.

 

Hows the jetting going? Let us know what sizes you end up using.

 

i Looked at it i trying to decide if i should do it myself or have my friend who know alot more or take it to a mechanic. I am not sure wht size.
