Does anyone have a schematic for the transmission? I took my buddys motor apart about 2 months ago and I threw the cases and tranny togather for a mock up and it shifts okay, but it turns over kinda stiff, theres some play in the shift shaft when in neutral, and I have an extra shim left over, forgot where it goes lol. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It turns over stiff? Did you rebuild it? Also, there should be a little play in the shift shaft when in neutral or any gear for that matter.
