Default 1986 LT250 questions. Please help ASAP

Ok I am going to look at a 1986 lt250 and I was wondering if this is a good quad. Does it have frame problems, or crack easily? It has a rebuilt motor with extra tires and plastics for $1200 is this a good deal?
THANKS

Anytime you by a quadracer your making a good investment. They are classics and they are fairly easy to work on. but like any other 2 stroke they take good care and plenty of maintenance. my 87 has brand new plastics and tires and new top end and I would'nt take less than 2200.00 for it.

The suspension on an 86 is not as good as a 87 and up.
