i have a suzuki 230 and just finish rebuilding engine after 1 year bored 20 over huge 36mm carb versus the 28mm stock i think and a dg xccellerator pipe stage 3 to anybody out there wit a 230 you should try this pipe a biggggg difference nothing but power but it sounds very very loud.

 

28 to 36mm on a .020" overbore....get off me.

 

Do you have a stock cam and also do you have my exhaust? lol

 

I have Supertrapp exhaust K&N and stock cam. That still seems like way too much carb for so little mods. Im not bad mouthing your quad or you, that just a HUGE !@#$ing carb for a 230!

 

i got the ports polished and a web cam i thin the carb goes fine the engine has a high compression piston needs more gas n air
