Default Quadracer Shocks on a 230?

Does anyone know if I can use stock or aftermarket shocks from a quadracer on my 86' Quadsport 230, or any other shocks from other sport quads? Thanks.

Quadracer shocks are like 16" long your Qs is more like 12 ".... shocks off a 300EX are alot closer in length....You would have to cut the bottom eye to fit the a-arm... I am thinking about raising the top shock mount to lower my front end back down an inch or so as it is really light now.. I am a big guy and still run the shock on lightest spring setting and just love the difference from stock....

Thanks for the reply's guys. Do the newer quadracers have longer shocks with the same size bolt holes? I'm wondering this because I just got +2 a-arms on my quadsport and i'd like longer and better shocks to keep the front end closer to it's normal ride height. Thanks.
