Hey guys I was wanting to know if anyone has ever got the stage II kit
for the LT 500R, and how they liked it??
How much did it cost?
They called me on a question I had and boy they are pushers on selling kits boy!
They were tryin to get me to put a $1,000.00 kit in.
The MX PRO was soundin like a pretty good deal for I think they quoted me $270.00
for everything including reinforcing the reed block for much added strength.
Let me know if someone had the stage II done. Thanks !

 

i dotn have it but id say go for it trinity is a good dependable company make good products to!

 

They said their pipe way out performes FMF by far, but the only problem with that is
it's mainly used for drag racing apps. Sure wouldn't be of much use around here where woods riding is the main use. Thats what they said by the way about the pipe use.
But overal the whole stage they do is worth the deal !
They even repaint your cylinder !For $270.00 you can't beat it!!

 

270 is not gonna get u the complete stage II kit..that will get you the Stage II porting only. No pipe, carb, filter, nothin...the stage II kit will run about 540 bucks for the 250. I pulled out an old dirt wheels (June 2001) and it has an as with all the prices for the 250.

BIG BORE KITS...290 - 900$ 325 - 1500$ 350 stroker - 2000$

RACE KITS...pro mx/TT for a 250 is 1000$, for a 290 its 1400$, and for the 325 its 1800$.

stage II for a 250 is 540$.

Stage III for a 250 is 720$.

Stage IV for a 250 is 950$.

I know this is all for the 250, but im sure the 500 prices will be jus a lil more than this.

see for yourself and he quoted me a price of $270.00 for this same exact set up.NO B/S.

 

i dont see how u could get a stage II kit for 270 cause the pipe alone is that much, and im sure the porting alone cost that much too. Also the carb boring is like 50 the filter and stuff is probably another 50. I'd call back and ask if 270 was for the whole kit including pipe and porting or if it was just the porting.
