Can't figure out how to get to it. On the carb. diagram it shows a little cap that covers it, but I can't get the cap off. So...........Do i have to take the whole bottom part of the carb. off or what?

ahhhhh, so you have to drill it huh? I thought about doing that but, figured i'd check here first. So....you don't need to keep that brass plug in there? I'll probably give that a try. Better than taking the whole bottom off. Thanks

Mine wasnt brass, it was plastic (black), and i just picked it out with a small nail. It goes right back on when youre done adjusting.
