lt 500 compression

What is the stock compression reading of an lt500? The one I'm checking is 120psi, it has trouble starting and just kinda dies out at wot, wondering if the compression is the problem?

lt 500 compression

120 is a little low, but not horrible for a stock motor.... should be around 130-135#
