I have a 85 quadracer 250r and was wondering the stock horse power of this machine. Will it run with a banshee or trx 250r? Thanks!

 

I don't know about the hp, but i have been told that with a fmf pipe and boysen reeds they will run with piped banshees.

 

Stock 85-86 Had 33Hp stock. The Later 87-92 had I think 33-6 Stock. To run with a stock Banshee you will need a Good pipe and mill the head some. To run with the modded up Banshees(and only some of them) You will need Major motor mods to run with Banshees that are built and even then the really built one are too much for drag races. The 85-86 don't generate as much power as the later years do but can still run very strong. A guy I race with has one that flies.

 

If they have them for your quads year, get a pual turner pipe and fatboy silencer. I have them on my 1991 Lt250r quadracer wicked power.
